By using ParkingSpace you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate info and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Hosts
You confirm you have the right to list any space you publish, and that the listing is accurate.
Renters
You agree to use spots only as described and to pay for any damage caused.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. ParkingSpace may charge a platform fee on transactions.
Cancellations & refunds
Bookings cancelled at least 1 hour before start time are eligible for a refund to your wallet.
Liability
ParkingSpace is a marketplace and is not liable for the conduct of hosts or renters or for any incidents at the parking spot.
